Service: Refers to the Website and the functional medicine programs provided therein.

A2P SMS Compliance Note: We strictly adhere to carrier regulations regarding text messaging. Your consent to receive SMS is recorded and never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

2. SMS Service & Text Messaging

By opting into our SMS service, you agree to the following:

  • Program Support: You will receive messages related to your health journey, including appointment reminders, nutrition guidance, and lifestyle support.
  • Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP".
  • Help: Text "HELP" for assistance or email [email protected].
  • Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

The Service or some parts of the Service are available only with a paid Subscription. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan selected.

Cancellations: You may cancel Your Subscription through Your Account settings. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis at the Company’s sole discretion.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way related to the use of the Service.
